Xianting Chen

Xianting has always been passionate about working with children. She believes in fostering curiosity, creativity and confidence in young learners and is committed to building strong partnerships with families and educators to ensure every child has the foundation for lifelong success.

She has over a decade of experience in early childhood education and afterschool program management. Prior to joining CASL, she served as a manager at an afterschool care center for five years, where she oversaw curriculum development, staff training and family engagement initiatives. Her leadership helped create safe, enriching environments that supported children’s growth and learning.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, dancing, practicing yoga and exploring new culinary experiences. Her dedication to both professional excellence and personal well-being reflects her holistic approach to education and life.
