As a community-based nonprofit with over 45 years of experience, we connect individuals and families with the support they need.

We lay a strong foundation for children through education and culture. We help older adults live independently with dignity. We prepare people for tomorrow’s workforce. We guide immigrants toward citizenship. We support housing and financial stability. We connect people to healthcare and wellness resources. And we advocate for equal access to justice.

New Community Hub: Connecting Lives, Building Community

A transformative redevelopment is taking shape on Chicago’s riverfront—a 5.3-acre site at 3000 S. Pitney Court, made possible by the generous support of the Sue Ling Gin Foundation. This will be a place for everyone to connect, gather, and thrive. And we want to hear from you.
