CASL Appoints Jered Pruitt as Chief Business Growth Officer
Chicago, IL – CASL is proud to announce the appointment of Jered Pruitt as its first Chief Business Growth Officer (CBGO). In this newly created role, Mr. Pruitt will lead the strategy to scale CASL’s impact through innovation, sustainable revenue models, and stronger cross-sector partnerships, which includes CASL’s new Community Hub 5.3 acre development.
With over two decades of leadership in social impact, Jered brings deep experience in program development, earned-revenue strategy, and mission-driven growth. He has successfully launched and scaled initiatives focused on community health, senior services, food and nutrition and social innovation through data integration. His collaborative approach aligns closely with CASL’s newly articulated growth pillars—Thought Leadership, Financial Sustainability, and Culture Shift.
In his role, Jered will:
- Develop a business-grade growth framework and methodology for strategic decision-making
- Design and lead innovation sprints and growth pilots aligned with CASL’s priorities
- Drive external engagement with partners, funders, and donors to fuel impact-aligned investments
- Counsel and support CASL’s leadership in a new-way-of-working that embeds successful programs into long-term operations
