CASL to Host 2024 Gala: Strengthening Our Legacy

The Chinese American Service League brings together Chicago’s leaders and advocates in celebration of community resilience and growth.

WHAT: The Chinese American Service League (CASL) is hosting its 2024 Gala, Strengthening Our Legacy, an inspiring evening gathering over 300 of Chicago’s influential community members, partners, and supporters. The event will feature a formal program, live entertainment, and both silent and live auctions, with all proceeds supporting CASL’s vital programs for Chicago’s Chinese American and Asian American communities.

• This event will be emceed by ABC-7 Chicago’s award-winning anchor Judy Hsu
• There will be a special presentation of the Golden Panda Award, designed by renowned artists the Zhou Brothers, honoring U.S. Bank for their commitment and transformative impact on CASL and the communities it serves

WHY: This Gala celebrates CASL’s enduring legacy and commitment to empowering Chicago’s Chinese American community. By raising essential funds, this event supports CASL’s services in financial inclusion, family and senior support, workforce development, and health equity programs that uplift thousands of individuals across the Greater Chicago area.
