Julie Zhou earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Chicago. She is especially aware of how culture, family relationships, and life transitions can shape the way people cope with stress and emotions. Julie believes therapy works best when people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. She brings a warm, collaborative style to her work and focuses on helping clients recognize their strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. Her goal is to support individuals and families in finding clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection as they move through challenges.
