Nga Yue “Polly” Cheng is a bilingual therapist fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, serving adult clients both in-person and virtually. She earned her MSW from the University of Chicago and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Hong Kong. 

Polly specializes in stress management, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and collaboration, creating a safe space for clients to explore challenges, develop coping skills, and increase self-awareness. Drawing on her multicultural background, Polly tailors her approach to each individual’s experiences, helping clients navigate life transitions, manage stress, and achieve meaningful personal growth, while fostering a sense of empowerment and connection.
