Todd Zientek

LCPC, Senior Manager of Clinical Services

Todd is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience in clinical care, supervision, administration, and care management. He has spent thirteen years in various management roles within the social service field, demonstrating a proven track record in clinical oversight, business acumen and team leadership. He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of populations, including Individuals with intellectual disabilities and developmental disorders (ID/DD), Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and patients with severe chronic mental illness, disparaged communities. Multicultural, BIPOC, LGBTQIA, and Latinx communities, dually diagnosed individuals and those with histories of incarceration, aged from adolescence to geriatric.

He is excited about the opportunity to bring his blend of clinical knowledge, managerial experience, and passion for advocacy and teamwork to CASL, and as part of the CASL team provide and create impactful services that support the community.

Todd earned his Associates of Arts in Psychology at the Joliet Junior College, continued to Northern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and continued at NIU to earn a Master of Science Degree Education (MS. Ed.) in Community Agency Counseling.

In his free time, Todd enjoys being with family and his dogs, old cars, and Harley Davidson.
