Youth Program Manager (grades K-12th)

Zeqi is passionate about building strong, sustainable youth programs and supporting the staff who make them possible. In her role, she enjoys bringing structure to complex systems, strengthening team communication and creating processes that help programs run smoothly and equitably.

She is known for being detail-oriented, reliable and steady in fast-paced environments. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and enjoys using language and cultural understanding to connect with families and partners.

Outside of work, Zeqi enjoys writing, learning new languages and exploring thoughtful design and organizational tools. She finds satisfaction in helping teams feel prepared, supported and confident in their work, and in creating environments where young people can grow, feel safe and be seen.
