Youth Program Manager (grades K-12)

I’m passionate about building strong, sustainable youth programs and supporting the staff who make them possible. In my role, I enjoy bringing structure to complex systems, strengthening team communication, and creating processes that help programs run smoothly and equitably. I’m known for being detail-oriented, reliable, and steady in fast-paced environments. I’m bilingual in English and Mandarin and enjoy using language and cultural understanding to connect with families and partners. Outside of work, I enjoy writing, learning new languages, and exploring thoughtful design and organizational tools. I find a lot of satisfaction in helping teams feel prepared, supported, and confident in their work—and in creating environments where young people can grow, feel safe, and be seen.
