Memory Café
Creating moments of joy, connection, and community.
Occupational Therapy services
CASL’s Memory Café gatherings offer welcoming, judgment-free spaces for individuals experiencing memory changes — and the people who care for them. We come together to share conversation, enjoy themed activities, spark positive memories, and build supportive relationships. Each café session is designed to be uplifting, engaging, and accessible for all participants.
Whether you are a person living with memory challenges or a caregiver seeking connection, our Memory Cafés provide a place to feel understood, encouraged, and celebrated.

Memory Café for Caregivers
Caregivers deserve care too. CASL’s Caregiver Memory Café focuses on reducing social isolation, building emotional support systems, and creating opportunities to relax and recharge. Caregivers connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caregiving — while also gaining tools and encouragement to continue supporting their loved one with compassion. Sessions are offered monthly. Space is limited to 12 individuals.
