Our licensed team offers counseling, memory and thinking assessments, case management, and more, tailored to each person’s strengths and needs. We focus on building trust and helping individuals overcome barriers to care through whole-person, individualized services.

CASL is a CMS Alzheimer’s GUIDE Model Partner, Providing Leading Dementia Care
We are proud to be one of the only non-profit social service organizations selected to partner in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model. This partnership enables us to provide comprehensive, coordinated dementia care in collaboration with world-renowned medical institutions. The GUIDE program improves quality of life for people living with dementia, eases the burden on family caregivers, and helps individuals remain in their homes and communities.
