Occupational Therapy Services
Supporting independence, confidence, and everyday well-being.
Occupational Therapy services
CASL’s Occupational Therapy services empower individuals to participate fully in the daily activities that are meaningful to them. Through personalized, culturally responsive care, we help clients strengthen the skills they need to live as independently and confidently as possible.
While we serve clients across all ages, our Occupational Therapy program provides specialized support for adults experiencing changes in brain health, including those living with dementia, recovering from stroke, managing memory changes, or adjusting to cognitive or neurological conditions.
Occupational Therapy for Brain Health
Changes in memory, cognition, or emotional well-being can affect everyday routines — from household tasks and self-care to social engagement and mobility. CASL’s Occupational Therapy services are designed to support both clients and caregivers as they navigate these challenges.
Our licensed Occupational Therapist works closely with each individual to understand their goals, abilities, and support needs. Together, we create a plan that may include:
- Daily Living Support: Strategies for bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and household tasks
- Cognitive and Memory Activities: Techniques to support attention, organization, and recall
- Environmental Adaptations: Recommendations to improve safety and comfort at home
- Sensory and Motor Skills Development: Exercises to maintain coordination, balance, and movement confidence
- Caregiver Guidance and Education: Tools and tips to better support a loved one’s independence and dignity
Our approach focuses on preserving strengths, building new strategies, and helping clients stay engaged in meaningful activities that support health and quality of life.
